Tour: Monte Rosa Tour - Stage 2
Length: 145 km
Stage two leads us from the German speaking part of Switzerland to the French speaking part. Lausanne is the destination as the riders start on a 145 kilometer stage from Bern.
The Jura mountains will present enough ascents to require abilities in the hills, but the real mountain climbs will wait for another day. An allround rider can secure a victory here and perhaps lay the foundation for a surprise.
