The first climb that riders will face is Grisabakken, along their way to Stavanger. This short but steep hill covers 700 meters with an average gradient of 7%, making for a challenging start.
After completing a local lap in Stavanger, riders will head back towards Sandnes but not before visiting Ålgård and Oltedal. Seldalsbakken climb awaits them next, covering 2.8km with an average gradient of 7.2%. This climb poses another challenge for riders as they showcase their endurance on hilly terrain. Once they complete Seldalsbakken climb, riders enters a local circuit inside Sandnes city center filled with steep hills like Hana hills. This circuit is technically demanding giving an edge to those who excel in handling their bikes on such terrain.
