Season 19 has recently begun, time for a review of season 18 and a preview of season 19.
Review:
Although most of the season 18 goals have not been reached (see below) it still was a “fine” season. A few riders have been trained like, Hejne Grarup and Rafael Huguet but none of them reached their full potential. Outcome of the goals:
1: Contract ore train a +50AV rider (SP ore CB orientated) ==> Reached: NO, but trained a few guys who maxed to soon :(
2: Build up to a stable 12 rider team. ==> Reached: NO, team has been build up to a 10 rider team :(
3: Build out the SP / CB team. ==> Reached: YES, but because of the new plans the will be sold again :(
4: Position and hold the team in division 3. ==> Reached: NO, because lack of a higher division captain :(
5: No more scouting. ==> Reached: YES< didn’t scout a single time :)
Preview:
Since the season 18 goals clearly have been to “high” the 1 2 Cycle management will lower their expectations. At the moment 1 2 Cycle is going through some changes at the moment. All +35AV riders are being sold to other teams. With the profits 1 2 Cycle will be looking for a higher division captain to build a team around. From that point on the team will be build out with new lead outs and a trainee captain. See the new objectives below:
1: Contract ore train a +50AV rider (SP/HL ore SP/CB orientated).
2: Build out the team to a stable 12 riders.
3: Position and hold a place in division 4.
Well that are the new goals set for team leader Marakus. Will he disappoint the management again ore will he do what is expected of him ore maybe even more. The news team will keep you informed!
