He started his career in Bombers before he was trained under the guidance of the Team WonderDee trainers.
He won his first time trial race in Season 8 Malmö Time Trial #5. The next season he won Luts TT #5, who he managed a 2th the season before. He also won the Malmö - Landskrona #8 in season 9. In Season 10 he won the Iraq time trial race Baghdad ITT #6 and finish 4th in the World Championships ITT on norwegian soil. Next season he had signed for Team Hurricanes, where he also won the Baghdad ITT. In the end of season 12, Quander was transfers again. Not only once, but twice. First disco cycling, and then to Connaught. Where he won Polis ITT #4 and ITT Krasnodar #1. In his final season of racing he signed for the spanish team talonadrone.
