Rodas Cornejo was born into a cycling-loving family in Chile and quickly grew to love the sport. From an early age, he was determined and driven to success, pushing himself to greater heights every day. His hard work paid off as he joined Team WonderDee and began competing professionally in his beloved sport.
He is known for his hill- and time trial abilities. He rode for Team WonderDee for the entirety of his 282 race career, and participated in 13 races for the national team. He achieved a total of 37 results, 11 wins, 14 seconds and 7 thirds. His best rank at season's end was 6th, achieved after winning the Welsh tour Cymru Taith in season 54. Additionally, he came 2nd in the Sprint Classification of his home tour Vuelta a Valparaíso.
