On each lap, the riders will traverse the .4km, 7% Cat's Paw Hill and the .8km, 10% Harlem Hill. While the hills are short, they will offer breakaway riders a chance to slip away.
Still, the relatively flat and untechnical course should set up a sprint finish if the sprinters' teams stay organized and keep any breaks within sight.
The race finishes in front of Tavern on the Green -- the same spot where the New York City Marathon finishes -- and the crowds will no doubt be out in mass to cheer the winners to the line.
