The next big challenge will be Garibaldi mountain where you might expect an attack from the top climbers. After this the terrain gets fairly flat as the riders head south through Brittania Beach, Lion's Bay, and finally Vancouver where riders will pass through the Granville Street Bridge and possibly a Sprint finish for the race leaders at Canada Place.

The terrain in Whistler - Vancouver includes many climbs and has very hard downhills. The terrain hardly includes any hills and has only a few flat roads. The stage has a very easy and flat sprint, meaning that the stage possibly will end in a mass sprint. The route isn't technical at all. Wind speed: 0,9 m/s.
