Before the riders get to the tough final climb on the Elbrus Mountain they have to survive some other obstacles first. The climb from Kichi-Balyk on the Kislovodsk road is just a starter for what comes some miles later. The climb from Dolina Narzanov Valley is next to come and will really tear the peloton apart. After a beautiful hilly ride in the highlands of the area the riders will pass the Artefact Pilar. They should not focus to much on that Pilar, a devils descent is waiting for them leading them to the final short steep climb of the day, the road to Dhzily-Su. Will it be a good downhiller who'll take the win? Or is it a decent climber? Look at the list of former winners... Nobody can predict the winner, that's for sure!
