  Despite not feeling his best Brett Graham managed a fourth place in Trofeo Bajando a Granada which was enough to see the team promoted to the top division following Arnold Latey's win in Innsbruck GP last week.
  
  Our promotion comes too late for entry into the Vuelta but some upcoming top division races suit the team well and we look forward to testing our young team against the best climbers OCM has to offer.
  
  The team finds itself in a reasonable financial position and will decide soon whether to invest in equipment, a new trainee or a stronger teammate.
