As stated in my previous PR, I will provide updates when possible, so here is part I.

An old (3 months old) team came back and released 8 riders, which is always a bit odd. Most were old but there were 2 younger guys, scouted the 'better' one. (30>28AV)

Also scouted a Spaniard (can't remember who) who turned out to be crap.
Then spotted a Welsh team who released a handful of riders to pick up some old captains. This is usually a sign that there is a good possibility he hasn't scouted his released riders.
Only 2 riders are available on the hire list, and 1 of them is 26yo, so decided to scout the young one.

Turned out this guy was pretty decent, so I hired him. Must say to find a guy like him make all the scouting failures worth it.

Since I was on a scouting-spree anyway I decided to check the hire list a bit more for riders released a couple of weeks ago (I only took notice to the recent released rider until now)
came across an american of a newbie-team with 32AV, so decided to give it a go:

I had just enough will-power left to squeeze out another PR on this matter. Not with a much info about why I scouted those selected riders, but with scouting reports nonetheless.

Have scouted plenty in the meantime (not with great success mind) but I've been kinda busy/lazy the past 2 weeks.
Anyway, I just scored points in 10th div with 5 riders on practice and the captain with 39CL in a CL-race with 17 teams in it. Which now means I can't see the riders from the lowest teams anymore. I'm enraged.

I scouted all my riders at the beginning cause there had to be a descent one. But I had only crappy ones and my oldest rider 28 had an incredible stat but no side stats.
