Johan's patience with Prchal is nearing the lowest point.
Johan: To be honest, I never thought he can become a decent rider. He still has time to show his talent, but I just don't believe he is capable of achieving something big. You know, I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong. And I'm sure Prchal won't succeed in my team. That's why I made this conclusion: he has to win until season ends or he will be asked to leave. He probably won't be racing this season anymore but that's irrelevant. He still has to win. That's how it is today in this cruel world of cycling.
It is not a secret, results are not speaking in Prchal's favour. Early season goal to qualify for Monte Rosa seems impossible now. And someone has to take responsibility for that.
Johan: Of course and we can blame only one person - Prchal. He is the worst captain I've ever had. Our Slovenian guys are working hard for him, but he is just synonym for failure. And he is arrogant too. I cannot wait to get rid of him. Unfortunately, our chairman wants pretty big amount of money for him. Our club is broke again...
Meanwhile other two trainees are doing pretty well. But the question remains, how is it possible to be broke again?
Johan: It's easy, Prchal is too expensive. Well firstly, our chairman bought new kitchen but that's ok. His previous was in really poor condition and he is really slim and has to eat more. He really enjoys cooking and eating with new kitchen. Like I said, Prchal is the biggest problem. He always drives to fast with club's car and he has enormous amount of punctures. He is too fat, it is obvious, like Attila was. Once we went in restaurant and it was special menu: all you can eat. I swear I have never seen something like this. Restaurant was forced to close because they run out of food. To make it worse, Prchal had race next morning. Unacceptable. And there's more. Our town was famous for food production. With Prchal's arrival it isn't famous anymore.

what was Cruceru's pots again?
Not really... Geren?er and Podgoršek are acceptable but I don't see them as superstars :) I'm still working with Roj and Cruceru, they are training fine...

He has some potential in CB.. and he is afraid of descending.
why haven't you trained DH instead of CB? :p
