Leonid Savvatimov almost makes it

It seemed poised to happen, but, alas, he fell short by 1 point. Savvatimov maxed overall at 179 points, being the 2nd highest overall max at team Navarone, but he couldn't join Coopmans in this select club. We are positive this will be not a hindrance, and we will soon trust him with leading roles in Cali and Vuelta.
