It has been a month since I am playing this game. After figuring it out how it works, it is time to set some goals this year.
The goals are:
1. Building a solid Climbers team
Right now, I have 2 solid climbers, I would like to grow that to 4/5 this season
2. Ending 3 times in the top 3
I succeed to end up in the top 3 2 times in division 7. Seems hard far me so lets see how it goes.
I will evaluate on the goals during the season, to see if I have to adjust them or if we are going as planned

Good luck, always worth setting out goals.
If you get a chance the OCM Tools sheets in the Forum Support is really good way to plan ahead and see which races to be targeting

allready a merchandise shop?
-in the starting period it is all expensive, so take care with your money
-look regularly at the hirelist for 'cheap' riders you can use
