Hello there, welcome to the most exciting moment of the season, when we all take a look back on what had happened in the last 90 days of Cycling.
We kept in our good streak of the last seasons, scoring lots of points and trying to stay close to the best teams of the division. This sexy season that is coming to an end confirmed what Sønderby showed the past season, becoming the first ever rider of the team finishing within Top 50 of OCM Tour (33rd) and also finishing as first of the normal riders of Denmark National Ranking (2nd) behind the unbeatable Ulrichsen.
The team managed to win one of the most important sprinting tours of the calendar, Kangaroo Tour and the overall feeling is a good one, showing good legs and almost no injuries but three. On the emotional side, Day 89 of S69 will be remembered as the end of an era in Amstel Flanders, its most successful rider ever Iranman Azargoshasp retires at his 38 years old, many wins, jerseys and trophies. We barely have words to thank him enough for all the good memories (sniffs and sobs), we’ll miss you forever!
Following Sønderby in performance, Lindberg and Normann completed the vast majority of points of the squad, with a couple of surprises. We have surpassed the 10.000 points in all time score and the team reached a net worth of 2 millions, slowly and steadily progressing; bringing joy to our most loyal fans and money to our sponsors (laughs).
Time to check our captain’s performance throughout the season.
Wilhelm Lindberg

Another good season for the team, our second best if we speak of points. It is so nice to see we can keep going the great work of the last seasons and the effort is paying up very well.
Not sure what goals we’d aim for this new season, perhaps the good streak of at least 10 Results per season is a fair objective for the squad. And maybe bring in a couple of helpers, besides Iranman; Shcheglov and Liebrechts have retired as well, so our strength in the TQ side is lesser now.
On the transfer topic, the team sold Hanák for a decent amount of cash to afford the much needed frames, training youngsters and recently we hired a well-experienced dude to compensate the great loss of riders we had.
Here you can see the moves in the transfer market.
Out
Konštantín Hanák - 650k (Transfer) – to FFL
Sam Azargoshasp - 131k (Retired)
Oscar Liebrechts - 39k (Retired)
Nestor Shcheglov - 100k (Retired)
Total Incoming: 920.000$
In
Roberto Lucena - 185k - from Remco
Drake Speer - 41k - Free Agent
Total Spending: 226.000$
Total Balance: 694.000$
After all the spending, we got some decent green numbers to move on to the staff projects safely. Any decent rider will be priority for the team to spread the calendar amongst a larger number of rider.
Finally, time to check our roster for S70, with some major changes. Soon we will have a special press release honoring our greatest legend, The Iranman.

Ol' Normann can still score a bit of Top 9’s.
I prefer Wilhelm Lindberg as captain, and Hermann Normann as lead out, as my favorites.
Thank you, he is surely having a good time.
Sonderby has had a great season!
Kudos
