Hello ladies and gentlemen and welcome to the Late Show with Johnathan Hernandez!
Races
Stage 2 of la Vuelta de los Castillos took place yesterday and it was taken by Dutchie Johannes Elders. The captain of EpoTop Team was the first rider to attack when the final climb approached its end, and he stayed leader until the end. Super Italian talent Sal Dambrosio from Nefal took the second place, and Jayden Van den Kroon took the third place in the podium. Fun fact, Sal and Jayden are some of the only riders to achieve the milestone of 28 AVG the highest in the game. Jayden Van den Kroon was the first rider to ever do so. 194 km flat Stage 3, Villamalefa-Castellón was predicted to finish in a massive sprint, since so are the conditions of the terrain. The predictions did not go wrong, as Wim Lowik, took the stage. The old dog from Team AEK is doing recently very well in the Vuelta, to the surprise of many, including myself. Eritrean rider from NJ procycling, Tadesse Awerson took the second place, while Italian Leo Caggiano from gabbo e bacardi took the third place. I personally think Sal is going to take the Vuelta. He may not have experience, but his talent is astonishing. You guys leave in the comment section your prediction for the win of the second most important tour of OCM. Hilly Top Division race, Liverpool-Leeds also took place, as Romanian rider, Comin Mitu, from Drollevangers crossed the finish line as first, closely followed by Royce Dodemaide (such a talent) from team Chili and Van Melton from johnny2.
Talk Segment
Ladies and gentlemen, please welcome from CC Est, the one, the only: Taavi!!
JHDZ: To start it off Taavi, how are you?
TAAVI: I am fine, thanks. Will be very busy in real life work in April-May, but otherwise OK. Too bad I don't get paid by CC Est.
JHDZ: Real life work absorbs our free time indeed. Tell me how did you join OCM?
TAAVI: I guess like many others…via google. Note that I entered to OCM already in season 9 by team “Rajalt maha “. Unfortunately, I lost contact with the game in summer 2010 and again decisively in summer 2011. I regretted that later, but still it took 3 years for me to come back with new team in 2014 summer.
JHDZ: What is your favorite part of OCM?
TAAVI: I like the simplicity. The game is not aggressive, it does not take much time if you don't want. When it comes to racing, definitely tours are my favorite and most exciting. I must say generally I like the whole thing, the whole OCM.
JHDZ: Are you really Estonian?
TAAVI: Yes, I am, one of the 1 million, who speak this language as mother tongue. I live in Tallinn.
JHDZ: Wow! Impressive! Do you play any other online managing games?
TAAVI: No.
JHDZ: Any hopes for this Norway Tour? Your sprinter is doing more than fine
TAAVI: Tour is already over now. Mixed tour, got three wins and two other podiums; but injury ruined my jersey hopes. Can be still considered as best tour ever for CC Est. Hope to come back next season and try it again.
JHDZ: Favorite OCM Rider?
TAAVI: Do not have one. If one of my next talents will max high, they might be potentially the one.
JHDZ: Favorite OCM Manager?
TAAVI: Another boring answer: do not have one. But it is nice community with many cool people. It is good to think that there are several hundreds of other people, who like this simple, but little freaky game. So, we all must have something in common.
JHDZ: What is the place where you would like to live?
TAAVI: I have lived in northern Germany for two years. Since 2015 I am back in Estonia. In recent months, an idea is ticking in my head: “I have been in west, now I should go to east” I really would love to live in East-Asia for some period, let’s say half a year. It is difficult to organize, but I have something in my mind. We will see if it works out.
JHDZ: I really hope it does! East-Asia sounds cool! Any plans for the future of CC Est?
TAAVI: My short-term aim is to strengthen my sprinting team forward. I would like to have top class sprinter with top class supporters, before I start look to other terrains.
JHDZ: Well, good luck on that! Ladies and gentlemen, a big fat applause for Taavi! If you have any suggestions or want to be a guest please leave a comment or PM, I answer to all messages. Please subscribe and do not forget that the Late Show with JHDZ is live from 20:00 GMT +1 all weeknights. Stay classy folks and at a 100% and see you tomorrow!
