It looks like Nam-jae Heo, the winner of this season's Giro di Sicilia and the classic Baltimore Invitational, might be leaving Mark Pro Team.
Heo is part of the team for 9 seasons winning 23 races and 57 results so far, including 2 SC jerseys, 2 GC jerseys and a classic. Despite his recent victories, he is fed up with the management of the team, for not being the only captain any more. Youngsters Hu Lijun and Lian Zhenghua are getting more and more chances to shine as a captains. Heo told the press he is not happy how the things are going at Mark Pro Team: "I expected more support from the manager, especially since I am responsible for the biggest wins for the team. Not being selected as captain for the Fiji Coast Race made me asking myself: am I still at the right team?"
Manager Mark still hopes he is able to fix the relationship with his top rider Nam-Jae Heo. If Nam-Jae would leave Mark Pro Team he takes the wildcard for starting in Giro di Sicilia with him. The current Rider Value of the 54AV, 216 sprinter, 210 hill sprinter and 206 TT rider, is $206.000. Heo claims: "I am eager to win more races, jerseys and classics and therefore well worth the rider value!"

I think he still has a few seasons left in the tank. He won his jerseys and the classic from age 26.
Yeah, understandable! He has been a great rider!
I am happy he was my first trained rider, at 26 I probably would not have sold him.
I would love to buy Heo if he was 26yo:)
How do you mean?
Damn, five seasons too late!
